Heh, I was only kiding Simon :-) Besides, most of the badgering was self inflicted – I said I’d do it (review some books) then never did, so had to perform some mental self-flagellation to get me motivated. As you may be able to tell, I’m a deeply troubled (and lazy) individual.

Bug report: the tooltip that pops up the meaning of the the TDD acronym actually says “Telecommunications Device for the Deaf!”
